Return Policy

Extra Deck prides ourselves in making our service to you the top priority. Card singles must be returned within 7 days of receipt. All other items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

For any items being returned, the following applies.

  • The item must be returned in the same condition that it was delivered in.
  • The item must be returned unopened and in original packaging.
  • You must email us within 30 days at info@myextradeck.com and request a Refund Confirmation Number. You must include this number with a return to receive a refund.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs, unless there was a packaging error on our end. If so, we will reimburse return shipping costs (USPS ground only) after the item has been received.
  • We recommend that you track and insure your shipment. You will not be reimbursed for an item that Extra Deck does not receive.
